2. Why we collect this information
We use your information to create and manage your account, provide rank-specific practice questions, show study notes, process Premium access, track your performance, send relevant updates, and improve the platform.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details on our platform. We store payment references, payment status, amount, date, and Premium expiry information so that we can manage access and resolve payment issues.
4. Quiz and performance data
We store your quiz attempts, answers, scores, readiness level, and category performance. This helps you track your preparation and identify weak areas.
5. How we protect your information
We use authentication, access controls, and database policies to protect user data. Admin tools are restricted to authorised admins. Users can only access content and records allowed for their account.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell user data. We may share limited payment-related information with payment processors where necessary to complete or verify transactions.
