1. About this platform
EduTech Ghana Promotion Coach is a digital preparation platform designed to help Ghanaian teachers practise promotion-related questions, read study notes, track performance, and receive useful updates.
2. Preparation Support and User Responsibility
EduTech Ghana Promotion Coach is designed to help users prepare with focused study materials, practice questions, mock exams, past questions, exam tips, audio explanations, and support. Users are encouraged to study consistently, practise regularly, and follow official examination instructions from the relevant authorities.
3. User account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping their login details safe. Users should not share their account with others. Each user is expected to prepare for the promotion rank selected during registration.
4. Premium Content Use
Premium materials on EduTech Ghana Promotion Coach are provided for the personal preparation of the registered user only. Users must not copy, resell, redistribute, screenshot-share, record, publish, or transfer Premium materials outside the platform.
Accounts found sharing or redistributing Premium content may be suspended without refund. Premium content may include visible account identification to help protect the integrity of the platform.
5. Locked promotion rank
A user’s preparation rank is locked after registration. This is to ensure fair access control and prevent one account from being used by several people preparing for different ranks.
6. Premium access
Premium access costs GHS 60 for 6 months. Premium users can access both free and premium questions and study notes for their locked promotion rank. Premium access expires automatically at the end of the access period unless renewed.
7. Payments
Online payments are processed through Paystack. After a successful payment, the platform will attempt to automatically activate Premium access. If payment succeeds but access is not activated, users should contact support with their payment reference.
8. Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may not be available where Premium access has already been activated and used. Users should contact support for payment concerns.
9. Content accuracy
We work to provide useful and relevant preparation materials. However, users should also consult official notices, policies, and approved sources where necessary.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use of the platform means the user accepts the updated terms.
